Ingredients
- 4 cardomom
- 6 clove
- 12 - 15 whe redchill
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds
- 2 tsps coriander seeds
- nutmeg
- 3 Tbsps cashewnut
- 4 Tbsps ghee
- 1/2 cup onion
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 2 tsps sugar
- 2 tbsps lemon juice
- 200 ml tomato puree
- salt
- coconut milk thick

Instructions
- Grind coconut cardomom,cinamon,clove,redchilli, cumin ,fenugreek,coriander , nutmeg , cashew to a paste
- in a pan add ghee onion, g+g paste ,ground paste ,tomato puree,chicken ,salt , sugar , cook till chicken s tender and creamy then add coconut milk , lemon juice
- well combination for idiyappam n ghee rice
